Cardio movements combined with resistance training in a fun and refreshing aquatic environment.

Training Group Forming For Sunday, January 23, 2011 Carlsbad Half Marathon
You do not need to be super-fit to compete; this event is for every BODY.
Corrective exercise focus will help you with injury concerns.
Focus on flexibility and core work will enhance this experience and your fitness level.

Just 18.00 per person for 45 minute training sessions @ 1 training session per week for 5 weeks
for a total of only $82.00 designed to slim you down!
The 1st session is only $10.00 and will be an info session where measurements will be taken, nutritional information will be provided, and an intro to the workout will take place.

One Hour of "Rep Reebok", or strength training to music, ending with core, ab work, & stretching.
This class focuses on slower, controlled moements so heavier weights
can be utilized for optimal strength

Spin (FREE) M, W, F, Sat - click for printable pdf

Spin is an intense atheletic cardiovascular training class performed on a stationary bike.
Bikes MUST be reserved the day prior to class.

Mondays: 8:30am – 9:15am (with Jamie)

Mondays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm (with Jamie)
Wednesdays: 12:00pm – 12:45pm (with Gabriel)
Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 5:45pm (with Jamie)

Thursdays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm (with Jamie)
Fridays: 7:00am – 7:45am (with Jamie)

Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to class!
If you have never taken a Spin class before, please inform the instructor prior to class and they will give you general bike operation information. If you have any pre-existing injury or condition, please inform your intructor prior to class.

TRX is a total body training suspension System.
Basic exercises will be taught utilizing all muscle groups.
